Hi, I'm Sarah Elizabeth, Founder of Willow Tree Strategic Life Solutions, and The Willow Way Foundation. I also produce a morning live show called The Dwelling Place with Sarah Elizabeth where we reach 100's of lives each day with Life Coaching Themes, Trauma and Self Recovery all tied into Biblical Truth.​

My humble beginnings and family of 11 children growing up, also having experienced trauma in layers during my early life, all sent me on a path of discovery. How do we heal? How can we rebuild, and how can we over trauma, loss, grief and ongoing pain?
The result of my experience and research? I now build strategies to lead individuals into transformation. Through Blue Ridge Mountain Retreats, I offer tailored solutions and options for you to build your own experience. All inclusive, lodging and meals are provided.
